Claire Barton has over 20 years teaching experience within the dance and fitness industry.

Relocating back to the Pontefract area in 2010 after owning and running a very successful dancing school Bridgwater, Somerset for 15 years.

Claire trained as a Pilates teacher after been given Pilates based exercises for rehabilitation following a dance injury.

After witnessing such amazing results through simple exercises she decided she wanted to make it her mission to make a difference in peoples lives without the use of drugs that cause imbalance in other areas of the body.
